Wi-Fi 7 Upgrade Kit for WLAN Pi M4
Intended for the for the WLAN Pi M4!
The WLAN Pi M4 comes with an M.2 slot which is A-keyed, the BE200 Wi-Fi 7 module is E-keyed, it is therefore necessary to convert the M.2 slot from A to E. This is made possible by the ‘exclusive to WLAN Pi’ Oscium AtoE key adapter.
This bundle includes:
1x Oscium AtoE key adapter
1x Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 M.2 module
2x M2.5x4mm pan-headed machine screws (1x to secure the AtoE key adapter, 1x spare)
1x metal strap (optional, physically secures the MHF4 connectors in place)
Please Note The Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 7 module has limited functionality outside the US / FCC regulatory domain.
The BE200 automatically discovers your regulatory domain via LAR (Location Aware Regulatory) by scanning for nearby APs. When the regulatory domain is not determined to be US, Rx / scanning will be limited to the lower 500 MHz of the 6 GHz band (U-NII-5), and Tx / transmission will not be possible in both 5 and 6 GHz bands.
This impacts:
Hotspot mode
Wi-Fi Console mode
Server mode
Features such as Profiler, that require the adapter to transmit beacons
